Эмомали и Махмуд - почувствуй разницу! И вспомнилась мне давняя публикация еще на заре Интернета. Там говорилось, что Эмомали Шарипович тогда еще Рахмоновым и будучи на своей предыдущей работе в Дангаре как-то предложил офицерам-танкистам воинской части в Курган-Тюбе колхозного сена задешево. Сделка тогда не состоялась по вине одного офицера, который «объяснил» Эмомали Шариповичу, что его танки сена не кушают, и потому он не может взамен дать этому деловому человеку ни денег, ни бензина, ни дизельного топлива. Это было тогда, при исполнении Эмомали Шариповичем предыдущей работы. А сейчас, «пожалуйста» - любую сделку он сам провернет, даже может не марать руки, просто скажет или прикажет - все будет сделано. У него сейчас все чин-чинарём. И на память не жалуется. И того офицера очень даже помнит. Ох, как помнит! С подачи чиновников режима Рахмона имя его периодически муссируется в СМИ. И не только в нашей местной прессе. Кому верит Рахмон? Кому верит Рахмон? Или о несчастье таджиков Статью, посвященную итогам парламентских выборов в Таджикистане известное издание «Economist» завершило словами: «Беспокойства о нечестных выборах и их результате, которые мало что сделали для поддержания надежд на стабильность и прогресс в Таджикистане, простираются далеко за границы страны.». Я привожу эту цитату для того, чтобы мои читатели и коллеги – журналисты поняли, что все, что творится в Таджикистане далеко не безразлично очень многим и не только из политических или экономических соображений. Для отдельного гражданина это и перспектива или отсутствие перспективы быть в собственной стране, жить в ней, дышать воздухом свободы и в конце – то концов не стесняться своего места происхождения. Я достаточно часто и публично критикую власти республики, как и подобает другу. Иначе никогда руководство страны не избавится от огромного количества изъянов в своей работе. Тем более, что сама легитимность официального Душанбе, к сожалению, после отстранения от власти законно избранного президента Р.Набиева, в последующем и всегда была под большим вопросом. И на этом фоне все-таки теплилась надежда на то, что последние выборы станут прозрачными, честными, без фальсификации. Комиссия из числа наблюдателей Организации по Безопасности и Сотрудничеству в Европе (ОБСЕ) заключила, что выборы в Таджикистане «не соответствовали многим главным обязательствам и требованиям ОБСЕ».
